Ewa Iwaszuk

I design and facilitate strategy sessions, co-creation workshops, leadership retreats, and facilitation training that turn messy discussions into shared direction and decisions that stick.

I combine 15 years of facilitation experience with a background in the environmental and sustainability sector, most recently as Senior Research Fellow at Ecologic Institute.

Throughout my career in the space I have facilitated 100+ workshops, from training youth activists to running policy dialogues for ministry-level decision-makers. I have designed and led strategy workshops, leadership retreats, stakeholder dialogues, co-creation sessions, and capacity-building and peer-learning workshops.

I approach every workshop with curiosity and care. My goal is always the same: that it feels like a real process, that everyone can take part and be heard, that the room reaches concrete outcomes - and that participants leave energised, inspired, and ready to act.

My work builds on a structured method: diagnose the challenge, choose exercises that match the thinking required, sequence them into a process, and facilitate to a concrete output. I have been trained by some of the field’s best, AJ&Smart (Workshopper Master and Emergent Facilitation Mastery) and Peter Woodward (Facilitation & Moderation Training).
